"Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter."

"Unfortunately hot tub was closed first night of stay. Still took in the pool and the sauna. 2nd night hot tub was back on and the tropical pool regained it's former glory. Real tropical plants! Someone should really fix that sauna door though. "

"Our overall stay was good. There is ample parking. We stayed on the 15th floor and the carpets were fairly dirty (crumbs or food noted) outside the rooms, but inside was fine. Convenient location that requires hotel key to enter the building, which is nice! Due to it being downtown there are lots of emergency vehicles driving by with sirens frequently (4 times on one night, but that’s just how it is downtown in big cities). "The desk clerk tried to bill me a second time when checking in. Thin walls, 3 tv’s playing loudly until dawn, room smelled strongly of cleaners, doors slamming, drunken arguing in next room and sink backed up. I had pre paid but staff said that the room would be cancelled if I arrived after 3am, when I had phoned from YYZ at 9:30 pm to say my flight was delayed. This caused me a lot of stress. I had a 3 hour drive home in the morning and told them it would put me in danger if I didn’t have this...
