"Love the whole place. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was very clean. I was a little disappointed in the food at session’s restaurant. It was mid at best. Wasn’t able to use the pool facilities as there was a bomb cyclone at the time. But that’s a Mother Nature thing and not a Hard Rock thing. Came home with a doozy of a cold. I would definitely recommend this hotel though. The pros definitely outweigh the very few cons "

We went at the best time when not a lot of people there. We loved the hotel and SO reasonable. We will definitely be back. Valet was so easy in and out and very nice and did everything. "The hotel was much easier to find this time around since they have a new, visible sign. Check-in was a breeze and James at the front desk was a really nice guy. The room was just as amazing as the last time my mom and I visited. Spacious, fulll kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, microwave. We loved the oceanfront view with balcony but it was just too cold to spend much time out there. Upon leaving, there was an issue with the elevator so we had to walk down the stairs from the 8th floor, but...

"The young man in the office (I believe his name is Aaron) was helpful and friendly. The “Sandy Feet” condo is charming and just the right size for one or two people. I found it clean and tidy and fully stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and will stay again. Dante was very helpful as well.
