"This was my first time staying at the Holiday Inn Watford and it was amazing! Everyone was sooo friendly especially the staff in the restaurant. They even helped me surprise my husband on his birthday. It’s also very well situated for going into town and the tube into central London. Definitely stay here!"

"Arrived and checked in and very quickly learned there was no water in our room. There was maintenance in the building so we had to navigate several floors and corridors to get there. Then discovered the phone didn’t work so had a 5 minute trip back to reception who advised the water was out throughout the building. I was annoyed they’d let us check in and not mentioned this but they told us it would be back on in 30 mins. 2 hours later no water still so another hike to reception and was told...

Kamer is zonder airco, wel 2 ventilatoren op de kamer maar kan niet goed luchten doordat raam niet echt goed open kan. Kamer was goed, wel gedateerd en doordat je niet goed kunt luchten natuurlijk ook schimmel en afbladderende verf met name op de badkamer. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk, niks lijkt ze teveel. "Perfect location for Wembley as only 2 stops on the tube. Place is spotless & the room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again when going to see a concert in Wembley, as I felt totally safe travelling solo from venue back to hotel late at night."
