"This hotel had a great location a block from a very nice riverfront paved walkway that went on for at least 3 miles. The room was large but in need of an update. The shower was large with great water pressure. The free breakfast was very nice and covered all the food groups. This hotel has NO onsite parking. We parked across the street for $24.00 overnight. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The Mark Spencer is not what it was. We have stayed here I think four times and the most recent visit likely will be our last. First kudos to the staff for being solicitous and very helpful. However our room was not cleaned well. We found an old soap wrapper in the bathroom, some lost headphones under the bed, and a spent coffee packet in the coffee maker filter basket. We didn't dare use any of the mugs or glasses in the room, some of which were visible dirty. Apparently the booking...
