Bright Carefree Cottage in Centerville with central A/C. A short walk to both Covell and Craigville Beaches. Beach parking pass valid for all Barnstable Beaches/ponds, umbrella, towels, chairs and 3 bikes are provided for a rejuvenating day in the sun.

Once you’re back you can rinse off in our enclosed outdoor shower before dinner. Cook a fresh seafood meal from the local market in our eat in kitchen with lobster pot, or outside on the gas grill, on the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pans and gas range.

Afterwards, enjoy conversation outdoors around a warm firepit in the partially fenced spacious backyard. Or you can move to the Living room, where you can stream a movie, challenge yourselves to a board game, and enjoy time together. Wireless internet throughout including basement if needed for working.

At the end of your day, find comfort in one of the cottage’s two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, large closet and dresser. The spacious second one has 2 twin beds, dressers and a large closet. Luggage racks provided for convenience. Towels and sheets included!

There is an additional basement bonus room to hang out with Football game and game monitor. Washer and dryer provided. Plenty of parking is available on the property.

Only a short drive to the quaint village of Osterville, as well as Hyannis and Ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Convenient to shopping, dining in Centerville the surrounding towns and Cape Cod Brewery. You’ll be close to what’s cool on the cape without the hustle and bustle.

Located within walking distance to beaches, Main Street, supermarket, The Daily Paper, Cape Fish & Lobster market, Mini golf and Barnstable brewery. 4 Seas Ice cream store and Centerville Recreation Center with a very large and renovated playground close by.

We love this property for its convenient location, which lets our guests avoid traffic and still find all the things they need.

Very cozy cottage. We felt at home and really enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday. Nice distance to walk to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.

We had a great stay at this charming and very clean home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which we really appreciated, but still just a short distance from Main Street and lots of things to do in the area. The house had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable visit.Our only complaint was that the twin beds in the guest room weren’t very comfortable. That said, we still had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

Our son and wife and 19 year old daughter joined us on the Cape for 5 days in June and we rented this home for them to stay. They loved it and thought it was absolutely perfect. It was comfortable…had everything and more that they needed… was close to everything….and communication with the owners was outstanding! Our daughter-in-law even made the comment that she could live there full time!

Cozy little cape house in a quite neighborhood

We spend a week in Cape Cod and staying at Laura & Chris’s home. The location is great for us, it’s very residential and not too far away from the beaches, ferry ports and other attractions. The house is clean and fully equipped, comfortably accommodates two adults and two kids. Laura is very responsive and check in and out is super easy. Beach pass is a plus, and yes, I would recommend this place if you plan to visit Cape Cod by car.

Wonderful cottage

Very pleased with this wonderful cottage. Quiet neighborhood, great location, all modern appliances, comfy bed, very responsive owners - I could go on. Suffice it to say you won't be dissapointed.

Great cape cod getaway

We had a beautiful week at this cottage which was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is very close by, 15 minute walk and the parking pass was very convenient. The beach was large and not overcrowded and had life guards on site. The area is great with cute shops in Hyannis.

Cute and Clean Cottage

I can not say enough good things about Laura & Chris’s cottage. The cottage looked the same as the photos. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Laura and Chris thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. My family and I highly recommend their cottage.

Quaint and Comfortable

A perfect location for a couple or small family. The cottage was spotless and the hosts gracious. Very thoughtful amenities that we never used but appreciated. The location and proximity to the beaches and nearby towns is perfect.

Stayed here for 5 nights in June 24. Great home. Loved the bikes, the bbq and the fire pit. Appreciated the laundry too! Easy access to everywhere on cape cod. Loved our private beach. Could have stayed all summer…

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot!

We loved this place! It is so close to everything (beach, restaurants, Four Seas Ice Cream, etc,) but is also in a nice quiet neighborhood, so you get the best of both worlds. The bikes and beach pass were added bonuses and the house was awesome! It is even better in person than it looks online. I would definitely rent again. Laura (owner) is super nice, easy to communicate with and responds promptly.

Lovely Cape home

We had a wonderful week here. The house was clean and matched the online description/pictures perfectly. Owners were warm and responsive. The rental included extras such as beach equipment and a coveted beach pass which saved us packing and money. Would highly recommend.
