"We spent two nights at Tides Folly Beach right before Xmas and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again especially in the summertime. Clean room and friendly staff. Great view of the pier and beach from our room. We watched lots of surfers. Easy and free onsite parking. There are many cute restaurants nearby. We didn't get a chance to try it but Pinky's looks like a fun beachside restaurant right at the hotel. Quick 20-min drive to downtown Charleston. Our mini frig was making a noise...

"This is my third time staying here and I will always recommend it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We had one issue with noise and the staff resolved it immediately. "Beautiful historic boutique hotel with all the southern charms. Comfortable, clean with some nice extra touches like free water and brekky. Also free parking across the street and right near the waterfront. Within walking distance of King Street and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed the hotel very much! The location is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very attentive to detail. We loved the pre-visit email, the welcome and goodbye notes, the signature room fragrance to take home, the wine and cheese party and the late night port. We met interesting people/guests in the bar, and the every member of the team that works there is polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will return! "

From the welcome champagne, to the bottle in my room, to the breakfast hung our doors each morning and ice and macrons delivered at nite...its just a great stay. When you add the art work, rooftop bar and great staff that meet your every wish (along with another glass of champagne), I will try to stay here each time I return. "
