Our home is beautifully decorated and furnished with PREMIUM amenities. You will enjoy the convenience of a four-seater GOLF CART to access recreational centers. The screened-in patio is furnished with comfortable SWING CHAIRS, standard chairs and side tables with a large area rug perfect for relaxation anytime.
Our bedrooms, all with flat-screen TVs, are beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a NEW mattress and Flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. There are two ENSUITE bathrooms – one with a BATHTUB, both with walk-in showers. There are bath robes available alongside bathroom essentials.
We know most of the amenities you will need, so we have the kitchen FULLY equipped for your maximum enjoyment.
For your added convenience, there's a washer & dryer onsite (laundry detergent provided), as well as a garage that fits 1 car + a golf cart and additional driveway parking available. You will enjoy free Netflix streaming with a HIGH-SPEED Wi-Fi.

Guest will have access to every space in the property
You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Other things to note:
Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.
