Welcome to Rustic Heights Retreat, a one-of-a-kind, multi-level haven with towering ceilings and charming rooms on every floor. The main living area is cozy, perfect for gathering around. This pet-friendly home also features an outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows under the stars.

The accommodations are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation: one room boasts a queen bed, another offers a full bed, and the top-level suite is a private escape with a queen bed and futon, ideal for extra guests or lounging. A perfect blend of character, rustic charm, and modern amenities makes this property an unforgettable family retreat.

Guests will have private use of the entire home.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
Absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings.
No smoking allowed in the house.
Parking for 3 cars only - one car directly to the right side of the house and any others behind that, side by side.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit from May 1st through October.
*Firepit: Fire may not be left unattended until fully extinguished. Place screen over the top of it when in use to eliminate sparks flying and igniting. DO NOT move the firepit from the stone patio.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: Floor mini-split unit in the living room.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
You must be 25 and over to book.
Absolutely no parties, events, or filming.
Please remove all shoes upon entry and keep ski equipment in the entryway.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed but by booking you acknowledge that you will clean up after them and report any damage (if any).
