Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. Communication through WhatsApp was slow, and many of the staff were not particularly friendly. There was often only one person at the front desk, which led to delays. The room had a unique locking system that was never explained, making it difficult to lock the door. Housekeeping is only provided upon request, which should be made clear to guests. The restaurant was another disappointment. Guests must pay the restaurant directly instead of charging meals to the room. The breakfast menu was limited, and service was poor. On one occasion, I waited a long time for a waitress to return so I could order, in which she never did, despite walking by several times. I eventually left without ordering, and neither the staff nor the manager addressed it, despite seeing me leave. The beach experience was lacking. There was a strong rotten egg smell every morning due to seaweed accumulation, something that should have been disclosed before booking. Vendors constantly approached guests trying to sell items, and the beach furniture was torn and unclean. On a positive note, I thought it was wonderful that parts of the beach were marked to protect sea turtle nests. However, it would have been nice if the hotel had informed guests about this. I only learned what the markers meant after speaking with a local vendor. The hotel was also noisy, with frequent door slamming and loud sounds from above my room. Best resort ive ever been to, the activities, kind staff, everything made this the best trip of our lives. But especially thanks to Eduardo, the bartender at the pool near the spot and was also the bartender at the main lobby august 3 and 4 2026. He is the kindest person we have ever met on any trip, he was very skilled, funny, when he had his day off the trip wasnt the same. Also thanks to carolina the concierge at building 51 area at end of july, we told many people it was our honeymoon they all congratulated us but she was the only one to help us get the package and it changed everything, my wife was very happy and it made our trip a lot more special, thanks to her being caring enough and for putting in the extra effort, not to mention how incredibly kind she is and professional
