We experienced a number of issues including: it may have been coincidental but each time we went for coffee the machine was either empty or broken, we did get coffee in the dining room but it meant the queues were long. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. "We were only there for one night. However, everything was clean and comfortable. The location was close to Old Town and the train station. AC worked great and there was a nice bottle of wine and water waiting in the fridge. Only downfall, we could not turn off the lighting in the artwork in the double bedroom. We could also hear people talking on the street."
