TV, DVD, CD, radio, telephone and internet. Open kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso and Chicco d'Oro) and dining area with view. One double room. Cloakroom. One bathroom with tub/shower/toilet and double sink. One room with two single beds. One room with sofa bed. A double room with access to the balcony and en-suite with shower/toilet and sink. One garage place. Shared laundry room and ski room. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

Newly built apartment in an idyllic location directly on the river Inn with lovely views. Post office and railway station are approx. 200m away. The mountain railway Saluver/Marguns is about 500m away and can be reached with the free sports bus. The cross-country ski runs are in front of the house.
