Villa Urasia is a characteristic and welcoming one-story villa surrounded by olive groves. It sleeps six people. From Villa Urasia you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Villa Urasia is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from San Michele Salentino, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Urasia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Urasia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Urasia is along a 150-meters (492 feets) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 60 centimeters (2 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with two sun umbrellas, four sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with masonry benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 280 square meters (3000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with polished concrete. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the dining room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two small high windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. It has three single beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the dining room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
