Holiday house with pool in a secluded location, with 3 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a cozy living room. 150 sqm of living space. The villa is situated on a 20,000 sq m plot with wonderful Panorama View.One kitchen in the main house and the other just off the porch so that you can cook flexible. The house was completely restored in 2015 and is for all ages.The property camera is monitored but can be switched off if desired.

A dog beach there are in neighboring Torre Canne, Fasano is 25 km (Santos Baubeach)

A fabulous property! The pool is wonderful with amazing views onto the olive groves. The outside area is spacious and is perfect for dining. It was incredibly hot during our stay but the air conditioning worked very well. The location is peaceful but only a short drive away from restaurants. The villa is well equipped and was a great choice for a family holiday.

A Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful seven weeks at Ceglie Messipca. There are grocery stores, bakeries, cheese boutiques, butchers, pharmacies, markets, and numerous restaurants in the town. The cottage is also close to all neighbouring towns. It is easy to get around Puglia from this location. We loved the proximity to everything. At the same time, we loved the seclusion and privacy at the cottage. Rocco was very helpful. He immediately answered any questions we had. He also left a few groceries to get us started. We really appreciate this. The olive groves are specacularly beautiful. The pool was spotless and well used on hot, sunny days. On the cooler days, however, it would have been nice to have a heater. A big thank you to Rocco and his uncle. We had a fabulous time and hope to return.

Bel maison avec piscine au milieu des oliveraies

Rocco et sa famille ont été très proactif sur les questions. Le lieu était charmant, nous avons passer le clair de notre temps autour de la piscine, terrasse abritée du soleil et de la cuisine d’été. A noter: si vous louer le logement, un véhicule est obligatoire pour s’y déplacer. Endroit au calme, tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, barbecue extérieur pour l’été, et clim dans les chambres. Merci

Fint feriested i hjerte av Puglia

Fint og landlig beliggenhet. Flott basseng, med stort godt kjøkken liggende ved siden av. Sentralt plassert i Puglia for fine turer til Ceglie Messapica, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Brindsi, Lecce og Adriaterhavet. Bil er et must. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr ruhig gelegenen Haus. Sowohl der Innen-, als auch der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch ebenso herzlich wieder persönlich verabschiedet. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sogar mit einem Willkommenspaket an Lebensmitteln überrascht. Der Pool ist einfach nur wunderschön und noch größer, als es auf den Fotos scheint. Allerdings sollte man unbedingt ein Mückenspray mitbringen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Entspannung pur

Das Haus von Rocco liegt ruhig in einem Olivenhain. Der Pool lädt zum Baden und war im Juli bei 40 °C eine sehr willkommene Erfrischung. Rocco war via WhatsApp immer erreichbar und ist mega hilfsbereit. Wir haben es sehr genossen, danke.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning

Deze mooie woning ligt enigszins afgelegen maar dat maakt het juist interessant. Je komt heerlijk tot rust en de woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg leuk is ook dat echte keuken in een apart gebouw bij het zwembad is ondergebracht. De andere keuken is relatief klein en hebben we niet gebruikt. Het zwembad is fantastisch. Ons gezin heeft genoten. Een (huur)auto is vereist. Binnen 5-10 zit je in het centrum van Ceglie Messapica. De woning ligt strategisch gunstig zodat je uitstapjes naar diverse dorpjes en stranden kunt maken. De communicatie met de beheerders verliep prima! Ook leuk was het dagelijkse bezoek van de vriendelijke 2 honden die ons altijd weer blij ontvingen als we terugkwamen. Gelukkig houden wij van honden maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dit niet voor iedereen geldt. Bedankt voor de mooie week!

Absolut alles perfekt wie es sein soll, von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld, Check in nach langer Anreise, alles top. Das Objekt hat eine super ruhige Alleinlage mit einem tollen Pool. Alles wie in der Beschreibung, nur in Echt noch etwas besser.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage.Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten Anfang September für 10 Tage das Haus gemietet und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in einem Olivenhain, die Anfahrt geht von einer geteerten Straße in eine geschotterte über, ist aber mit einem normalen PKW kein Problem zu befahren. Es ist sowohl video-als auch alarmgesichert,man hat zu keinem Moment ein schlechtes Gefühl und kann die himmlische Ruhe in vollen Zügen genießen. Wie haben das Haus perfekt sauber übergeben bekommen. Es ist komplett ausgestattet (mit allem was man sich nur vorstellen kann). Die Küche ist riesig und es gibt einen Außengrill.Der Pool ist ein Traum.Er ist sehr groß,wunderschön angelegt und wurde mit offenem Blick in den Olivenhain gebaut. Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenhalts wurde dieser sogar regelmäßig gesäubert und gewartet. Die Konversation mit den Eigentümern war äußerst nett,zuvorkommend und problemlos.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Alles in allem können wir ausschließlich positives berichten und würden uns freuen bei einer erneuten Reise nach Apulien wiederzukommen.

Wundervoll!!!

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben - in "Echt" vielleicht sogar noch ein Stück schöner. Eine sehr ruhige Lage, ein toller Pool, ein sauberes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter, die sich sofort kümmern wenn irgendetwas ist. Also - Absolut zu empfehlen.

Très belle propriété, au calme

Si vous recherchez un endroit calme, ensoleillé, avec grande piscine, sans voisin, très bien aménagé, alors n'hésitez pas. Seul bémol, l'arrivée, sous traitée, car le propriétaire était absent, qui fut un peu bâclée. Le propriétaire a ensuite compensé, par sa rapidité d'intervention sur un souci technique. La maison, très agréable, n'est pas entièrement climatisée, seuls 2 chambres le sont, mais ce n'est pas trop gênant. La piscine est grande, propre, chaude...que du bonheur.

schönes Haus

Das Haus entsprach im vollem Unfang unseren Erwartungen. Der Pool lädt zum stundenlangem plantschen der Kinder ein. Das Haus liegt 5 Autominuten von Ceglie entfernt. Dort gibts genügend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder essen gehen. Unser Ansprechpartner Rocco war steht’s bemüht und erreichbar. Einen großen Dank auch an Vito. Mit ihm konnten vorher schon alle Unklarheiten und Fragen geklärt werden. Der einzige kleine negative Punkt war der direkte Weg zum Haus. Diese geht über eine Art Feldstrasse. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Vorallem für Familien ist dieses Haus oHne Einschränkung zu empfehlen. Ein Auto wird aber in jedem Fall gebraucht.

Well supplied house

This was a great property. Nice pool. 3 bedrooms, but you needed to go through one of the double bedrooms to get to the bedroom with twin beds. One of our favorite things was there very friendly pair of dogs that belonged to the neighbor. These dogs would greet us when we pulled into the driveway and often would nap in the shade while we were swimming. The dogs were super sweet.

Fantastic Puglian villa with pool set in secluded olive grove 5km from Ceglie Messapica

We had great week at Villa Rocco, enjoying the landscape, the heat and the pool. The house is split into two with the main kitchen and shaded verandah overlooking the infinity pool and olive trees behind - this is where we spent most of our time unless we were sleeping in the main house. The main house has a smaller kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (the third is accessed via the second bedroom) plus lounge. The wi-fi strength in the house is good but does not quite stretch to the verandah. The house is generously equipped with everything you need for comfortable family holiday including the essential air con to the bedrooms. Ceglie is about a 10 minute drive away with the other white towns and Trulli locations within a 45 min drive. Both Adriatic and Ionian coasts are both within an hour's drive. Communications with the local management service team were responsive and efficient when taking us to the property and dealing with ad hoc requests on site. If you enjoy comfort, seclusion, al fresco living and want to try a slice of Puglian life for a week or two, we would recommend Casa Rocco.

Feines Anwesen im Olivenhain

Hier stimmte einfach alles. Sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr gut ausgestattet mit super schönem Pool. Kontak per Whatsapp/Telefon mit Vito total nett und schnelle Antwortzeiten, vor Ort alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren dort im Sommer eine Woche zu siebt, vier Erwachsene und drei junge erwachsene Kinder. Da die Schlafzimmer und Bäder doppelte Zimmerhöhe haben (oder die hinteren Klimaanlage) bleibt es angenehm. Schlafzimmer vorne hat Mückennetze. Wenn man unbedingt etwas bemängeln will, dann das das eine Schlafzimmer hinter dem vorderen liegt (Durchgang). Zum nächsten sehr schönen Ort voller Gestronomie Ceglie Messapica braucht man schon das Auto, aber dafür hat man eben am Haus seine Ruhe und das spielen im Pool nervt niemanden. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

2 weeks in italy

A lovley villa which comes with a great host in Rocco who's helped us settlinging in was very reassuring. Rocco is rightfully pround of the villa which is located in a olive grove 3km outside Ceglie . The pool and the surrounding area are ideal to sunbath & swim in total isolation, the kitchens (there are 2) whilst not 5 star are perfectly suitable for a family of 4 or more, the bedroom have air conditioning which is great in the rather warm nights. As car is a must with the sea and surprisingly good beaches 25 mins away, Ostini is 20mis away Lecce 1hr whilst I would recommend Martina Franca was an unexpected highlight 25mins. Family of 4 travelled in June 18

Beautiful Villa, in a great location.

For the vast majority, i only have great things to say about this villa. My wife and I stayed here with with our 8-month old Son for a week and it was lovely. The villa itself is well furnished, modern - and with good quality Air Conditioning. The pool area is delightful (infinity pool overlooking the olive grove surroundings). With a ten minute drive to Ceglie - supermarkets, restaurants and shops etc are close by too. Plus, i must mention Rocco. He essentially looks after the villa on behalf of the owner and is so helpful. He made us feel so welcome and is on hand, as best as he can, if you have ANY questions while staying at the villa. Thanks Rocco!

Beautiful location and villa

We had a great time here. The villa is really well equipped and the location - a rural idyll in the middle of olive groves down an unmade track - was beautifully peaceful. The pool was great. Our 5 and 3 year old daughters loved it and trips out to the beach about 25 mins drive away. The local town, Ceglie, is well worth an explore, and has plenty of shops for everything you could need. Rocco was really helpful, making recommendations for trips out and quick to respond to any queries we had. The one suggestion we would make is that there could be more food 'staples' provided (we had to buy in olive oil, herbs, sugar etc). A tiny detail though from an overall great experience. We hope we will go back.

Fantastic two weeks in Puglia

Enjoyed the stay very much where we had all needed for of vacation with 4 adults and 5 kids. The pool and pool area was fantastic and where most of our time in the house was spend. The location in the middle of the olive field was very much Puglia and a great charm to the house. We found, Ceglie Messapice, less touristy and with a great selection of good restaurants. The contact with the host was very good and response time short. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
