"Paid $120+ for the room for one night, and it was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at in my life. My stay only lasted 6 hours because I was so grossed out. The toilet had pubic hairs on/in it, as well as easily removable stains, and even feces/urine on the seat. The shower/tub was filled with easily removable stains and hair from a prior guest. The bed had hair from a prior guest in it as well. There was some kind of pile of beads ( scented beads?) on the floor. Very obvious they don't clean the...

"The room smells, looked nothing like the pictures, and it was not clean nor safe. It was old- like 1950s old. It looked like a hotel you see in the movies when the coroner comes "

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "I woke up at three am to water running into the room from a crack on the ceiling. I had to go downstairs to reach an employee to switch to another room. I was told that I would hear from management in the morning. When checking out in the morning I was told the manager was unavailable and would contact me by phone. I have heard from nobody. I texted a request to speak with a manager and have received no response nearly a week after my stay."

Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."
