Welcome to Captain`s Quarters, your relaxing retreat in Cedar Key! If you`ve traveled along G Street, you`ve undoubtedly laid eyes on this iconic two-story yellow home. Immerse yourself in the Gulf`s beauty, relishing breathtaking views, especially during the captivating sunsets. From the wrap around decks you can see Bottlenose Dolphins, Roseate Spoonbills, Osprey, Great Horned Owls and many other birds. Walkable to everything in town, this two-story gem seamlessly blends comfort and coastal charm, promising an unforgettable getaway.

As you step onto the ground floor, a spacious entryway welcomes you into this seaside haven. Discover a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and little coffee bar for those who like to start the morning with a fresh brew. A cozy bedroom features a queen bed, closet, an abundance of natural light streaming through windows, and a collection of books and games. The second bedroom on this level has Gulf views, a trundle bed offering 2 twins. Step outside onto the wrap around deck and take a deep breath as you soak in the fresh island air. There is also a covered car port for your convenience.

Venture upstairs to find a bright and airy open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows. The living area has ample seating for 6 and a large TV. The dining area seamlessly flows into a chef`s dream kitchen complete with a granite island and every imaginable amenity for cooking and entertaining. From every angle you will enjoy the views of water.

Down the hall, a generously sized bedroom, featuring a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and sunset water views. The adjacent full bathroom has a large walk-in shower, ensuring a touch of luxury during your stay. For your convenience, the upstairs also holds a washer and dryer.

Step outside onto the wrap around deck where you will find plenty of seating to sit back and enjoy your time here on the island.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
