For those who need a dedicated workspace, the office area with a door provides a quiet spot for work or study. A variety of books are available for your leisurely reading.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a sofa bed and comfortable seating for 5. The west-facing orientation ensures you`ll be treated to stunning sunsets every evening.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with a sink, plenty of counter space, a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and basic kitchenware. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining room table that seats 4 offers a cozy spot for meals.

Note that Pink Pearl South is the lower unit of a 2 level stilt house. Pink Pearl North is also available to rent as is the entire home as a single unit. Access to home requires guests to climb a flight of exterior stairs, but once inside the home is single level.

Cedar Key is a walkable community, and Pink Pearl South`s central location allows easy exploration of the island on foot. The property is conveniently close to downtown, making it simple to access local amenities. While the island doesn`t have public transit, the pedestrian-friendly environment encourages leisurely strolls to nearby attractions. If needed, golf cart or bike rentals are available for a fun and efficient way to get around the island.

This is a pet friendly property that invites up to 2 well behaved dogs to stay. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left to bark.
