Townhouse w/ Endless Gulf views

This amazing townhouse is a two-bedroom, one bath, waterfront townhome vacation rental in Cedar Key. It is just a short walk from the City park beach and all the restaurants and shops. More importantly it is just about as close to the Gulf as any lodging can get. The balcony doors open to the sound of gentle waves lapping on the rocks below. These calm waters will soothe your soul.



The entry leads up to the main level of the townhome. Here is the living, dining, kitchen great room with sliding glass doors opens onto the waterfront balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking. We have Cuisinart appliances and Keurig Coffee maker. We have a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range and oven, and even a George Forman grill. The living room is open to the Gulf breezes and the salty sea air and has a queen couch bed. The balcony is sunny and warm year round.



The top floor is home the the bedrooms and bath. The master bedroom with king size bed is waterfront with glass doors and private balcony overlooking the panoramic Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The Bathroom has a walk in shower with sliding glass doors.



We offer Spectrum TV service and Free wi-fi.



Here you are blessed to actually witness the real island life. From your balconies you`ll see a constant display of the Cedar Key watermen & women coming and going from the nearby clam leases. These hard working clam farmers make the trip to and from their leases directly in front of the townhomes. They harvest their clams daily. The wake created by these bird dog boats laps onto the rocks below.



The townhome has a very small rock and sand and shell beach next door where you can sit in the sand and launch your kayaks.



Please bring water shoes because you will probably want to explore on the rocks here. The sea wall and rocks are great places to see marine life up close at low tide.



The parking here is limited so keep this in mind when you plan your trip. We share with seven other units and everyone must have access. One car or truck is best and more than two vehicles is not advised. There is however adequate parking under your unit for golf carts.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There were two balconies where I saw dolphins every day. My bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen had a dishwasher which was nice. They had many spices to use. We were right by the beach. I felt safe every day and the community was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend

Weekend getaway.

We had the best time! First time here and will be back.The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching dolphins all day, from Two viewing decks.We really liked the privacy and quiet.Everything was so close, bikes are provided.We took the golf cart tour with Ryan. A must!! We learned about this amazing place and the best spots to shop and eat.The little beach was steps away.Very friendly town, owners were very welcoming and responsive. Beds were super comfortable.

Perfect location

someone else was in our unit. We had to take a different one. The fridge was not working and the a/c fan was very loud. I don't think they were ready for guests yet. Once a few more repairs are done it will be a great spot. We will go back.

Great Location! Quiet with Beautiful View.

Our new favorite place!

This was our 1st time in Cedar Key and we will definitely be back. The townhouse was amazing and had the best view! Communication with the owners was great. I have nothing negative to say. We will be booking this place again. Everything is within walking distance of this home. You will constantly see dolphins swimming out in front of the balcony. There’s a little beach to the left of the property that you can swim in or put your kayaks in to kayak to the island beach in front of the townhouse, which I highly recommend doing! There’s another little beach to the right a little ways that has a wonderful park right behind it. We look forward to coming back soon!

Serene setting and perfect location

This condo was fabulous! Tastefully decorated and provided everything needed for a wonderful stay. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous. We enjoyed watching tons of dolphin from our decks. The description of the property was very accurate. We loved the location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hard part was leaving the condo to go home. We will be back!

Views for days

The view off of both balconies was fantastic. We had no idea Cedar Key was home to about 500 dolphins or that we would get to see them very active right off of our balcony. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, peaceful trip. Everything was walking distance, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location

Short but fabulous stay. The location couldn't have been better for us and the views are spectacular. Clean and comfy place except for the pillows so you may want to bring your own if your not into extra firm. Good communication and enjoyed the bonus of having board games. Well stocked home.

Lovely setting; unit had some issues.

Bedrooms on third floor; right next to the main bedroom, the bathroom door had a major squeak. Stairs into the unit were narrow and steep. This made it a hassle get suitcases in and out. The floor must not have been washed up in awhile. We wore socks to walk around in the home and our white socks were filthy after walking around the apartment. Two major issues; first the HVAC sounded like a jet taking off when starting up, then very loud when running. The bathroom door had a very loud squeak. When using the bathroom at night, you wake everyone up when opening or closing the door. We won't return to this condo.

Cedar Key is a friendly, sleepy little fishing town with great nature views, friendly locals , history and great food. The condo we rented was well stocked, clean, decorated wonderfully and well stocked. We will be back

Everything was just right! Nice view of the water. Comfortable king bed. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Had a small issue due to my clumsiness and Crystal solved it for us. We’ll be back

We were stopping by for two nights on our way home to NY. We discovered Cedar Key last year and fell in live with the place. The hurricane took out last years stop so we found this townhome instead. Where to start? Location is fabulous. Facility has everything we could want. Super clean and did i mention the location? We will be back for another visit, way too much kayaking to do

Amazing views

Had a great time. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Property managers were very helpful and easy to reach. Beautiful sunrise view right on the water. Condo has alot of stairs but overall very nice.

Great home- highly recommend!

This was our first time in Cedar Key and we fell in love with the town and this vacation home! It’s just as described- clean, comfortable and in a perfect location too. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats from the balconies- such a peaceful few days. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is very quiet at night- just how we like it. Check in was easy and straightforward. Questions were quickly answered. We received helpful tips and ideas via email and text- which we greatly appreciated. They are a fantastic and responsive property management company! The home is well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The king bed was firmer and the queen bed a bit plusher- bed comfort is critical and we slept well! Our time was too short and we were sad to leave- Cedar Key now has a piece of our hearts! Will definitely be back!
