‣ Bedroom & Bath: King bed plus twin bunk beds, smart TV, ceiling fan, clawfoot tub with handheld shower, and stackable washer/dryer.
‣ Outdoor Spaces: Covered porches, firepit, gas grill, walking trails (pond dock and footbridge are off-limits for safety).

‣ There are two security cameras located on the exterior of the property. They both record audio and visual. One is facing North and the other faces East.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:
• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.
• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.
