"The perfect small town home away from home, and so many wonderful places to check out nearby. The place was thoughtfully decorated, the bed was comfortable, the two nights sleep were incredibly peaceful. Both breakfasts, eggs Benny sandwich on croissant and French toast, were homemade and super fresh. They tasted gourmet and so perfectly seasoned. Kimmie and James were perfect hosts. We almost didn't want to check out our final morning. Can't wait for our next stay."

"What a great getaway! Beautiful old Inn w/ many different style of rooms... we stayed in the Sinclair Suite- a large main floor suite in the adjacent building.
The food is amazing & service as well!
Close to quaint downtown Fergus & only 5 minutes to Elora!"

"Very interesting concept for a B&B, there is no contact with the owner yet everything is extremely well communicated and provided for your use and comfort. The owner does live on site and just a text away.
It was quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet all you need for a little get away."

"Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."

"The staff stood out to me; considering the many hats they wear and the hours worked; they were excellent! I would argue better than most of the major hotels i have stayed at over the years. The room was spacious and clean. The construction on the road in front of hotel is a bit of an eye sore but it certainly didn’t have any impact on the service. The breakfast was just fine. The parking was convenient at back of hotel."

The front of the property does not face the street that the street address is on and there is not a large or lit sign directing you to turn into a driveway to get to it. When we were able to contact the help number the person was helpful by sending us a video how to get into the garage so we figured out where to go after that. "

"The room was clean and beds comfortable. I wouldn't call it a breakfast but finger food. Coffee, muffins, bagels and fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't shower because of the shower head and taps needed upgraded. We were there for two days and got a 20.00 credit for not being able to shower. A very basic hotel."
