Pros: it has a kitchen with all the items to cook. -the place is spacious -has a heater -it has a pool and jacuzzi. It’s near the lake and walkable to alpine shops Cons: the place is outdated -no ac -the rooms that are far away from the lake have terrible views -sofa bed is uncomfortable.

The house is in disrepair. The stairs from the parking area to the front door are falling apart and make the climb very nerve racking.
