  • This spacious basement apartment is located in historic downtown Cedar City Utah. It's across the street from the new Shakespeare theater, Beverly Sorenson center for the arts & the suma art building. A block from downtown main street. Walking distance to plays, college sports, food, parks, & SUU campus. Newly refurbished w/new appliances, beds, paint, & tv. Two separate entrances. Free wifi. 40 min from brainhead, 20 minutes to cedar breaks, 1 hr to Zion, close proximity to Bryce & other national parks.

Clean stay- the location was clean and very accommodating. The location was a great little spot- walking distance to coffee in the morning and great dinner spots to end the night.

Fabulous place and close to all of the fun!

Place was great. Bathroom was small, but totally doable. Fun location and really nice place to stay.

We come for the Shakespeare Festival. The property location can't be beat! It was spacious and comfortable for our party. Communication with the host was extremely easy.

Nice place in a great location. When I’m in Cedar I go to the downtown restaurants s and like to walk on the SUI campus.

Host was easy to get a hold of, property was nice and clean, conveniently located. Parking was good. Really have no complaints or issues. Would stay here again.

Great getaway

We've stayed here a few times. The location is convenient, the basement apartment stays comfortably cool in the summer, and it's nice and quiet. Perfect for a peaceful getaway!

This rental has everything you could need for your stay in Cedar City. The location is ideal for stores, coffee, parks, and Day trips! The rental offers quiet atmosphere in the evening. We will be using it again in our next visit to town.

Great location to attend the Festival! Very clean, comfortable beds. Very little if any noise from upstairs business. Back door difficult to use and lock. We will definitely rent again!!

Great Location

We had an enjoyable stay! The unit was quiet and clean, beds were comfortable and the location was great. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We took day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, so this unit was a great base camp for site seeing! If we ever return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

SUU graduation stay

The property was absolutely fantastic! Across the street from SUU. We got to see our nephew graduate and walk under the Bell Tower by just walking out of our front door.
