Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports.

***The home is broken up into a couple units so you may hear people walking or hear voices in some areas. The 150 year old floors squeak in places too. That adds to the charm and excitement of staying in an old home but it is not for everyone. Just want you to know before you book. :-) You are NOT renting the entire house; this unit is the entire main floor and an en suite bedroom upstairs. The upstairs foyer has two other doors that are locked from both sides for privacy. You can hear voices in the hall if people are talking but the bedrooms seem to have more privacy inside. Nothing is sound proof in this house so it is kinda like a B&B without the breakfast.

**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!
***The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper and lower.
**We do NOT allow pets in this rental do to it being a shared home, part of the upper level being rented out by a different group. If any signs of pets are found, guest will be fined &/or evicted without refund.
**Lake levels decrease a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports etc.
