Velento Rentals Management Presents:

This Velento Ocean Front Penthouse has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on two floors with a stunning ocean view, the upstairs has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with either King beds or 2 twins beds in each room upon advanced request. The main bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom that can either be en suite or accessed by additional guests using the 2 futons in the living room without disturbing the occupants of the bedroom.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. Your million dollar views are included in the nightly rental rate!!!!

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have a washer/dryer in the unit. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We have a an onsite husband and wife management team. We rent island bikes.
The paddle boards are free!
We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

Communication was great. Concierge/desk staff were always there and more than willing to help, view of ocean was amazing with gorgeous sunrises. House was super clean and well outfitted. Pool saw lots of use as did complimentary kayaks. Lots more we loved about this place.

We loved our stay in the three-bedroom penthouse. The layout worked really well for our group of three couples. The kitchen, dining area and living space were great for making meals and hanging out. The best location in the unit is the large covered balcony with an incredible view of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting out on the private dock with books. There was also a very sweet kitty that hung out at the entry area of the unit and we wished we could have taken her back with us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Velento from the thorough checkin experience to the paddle boards and dock time and everything in between. Great staff, clean property, and nice quiet location. Highly recommend for this who like easy access but a quiet stay as the island continues to get busier.

Perfect family place!

8 of us had a great time. Dock was great, pool was nice for swimming and property was great inside and out. Ck in easy and folks at the desk were great at reserving restaurants and assisting with bikes and toys. Loved it!

Thrilled with our stay!

We are absolutely thrilled with our stay at Velento Rentals. The unit and the grounds are meticulously kept. We stayed in an ocean view unit and the views from our balcony were stunning. There was always a refreshing breeze while we relaxed and enjoyed the views. The pool was perfect to cool off in the hot afternoons and the private beach and dock offered different areas to relax. The games on the beach were a highlight as well. The staff were all very friendly and professional and always available when we needed anything. The unit itself was ideal for our group of 8. All just a short walk to all the restaurants, the ferry, and the Split. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at Velento!

Perfect Place to Stay

The property was clean and had all the comforts of home that we needed after a week of traveling through the country. There was clean drinking water in the unit and ice!! Relaxing and swimming off the dock/pier was perfect.

Very comfortable for 3 couples

The property was spotless and in perfect condition. The location was great for us and we walked everywhere except to and from the ferry with bags. Debbie arranged golf cart taxis for us for ferry trips. Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms is a must for us and the laundry equipment was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay just south of busy areas

The Velento property stay was perfect for our family needs (4 adults, two young teens). It was close enough to walk to restaurants but far enough away from any substantial noise. The pool was a refreshing option midday and the pier great for easy snorkeling, paddleboarding, or just lounging in the sun or shade with book. Air conditioning was a must in the hot August weather (all worked properly). Velento staff were friendly and helpful. A nice surprise was the unit offered large bottled jugs of water, so just carry a re-usable water bottle and no need to purchase/throw away bottles of water elsewhere. If visiting Caye Caulker again, we would definitely come back to Velento properties : )

Extraordinary hotel in paradise

Valento was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Gorgeous rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff. Property grounds are very clean and attractive. Beach area I nice butt no water access from the sand. Long well kept pier with lounge chairs is nice! Walk to food/town center is like 15-20 minutes

Gorgeous condo and property in quiet location

I cannot rave about this condo enough! Everything was perfect. The communication with the owners was quick and easy. The managers on site were so friendly and kind. They knew what ferry we were arriving on and had a golf cart taxi waiting for us which was a nice surprise. The 3 bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, we had lots of space and the best part for us was that it was just outside the main area which meant that it was quiet and peaceful yet just a few minutes walk to restaurants, etc.. We really think that this is the best place on the island! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

most beautiful property on the island

July 2021 We had to reschedule our vacation 4 times due to COVID and the property owners were so accommodating. Everything about this property is perfect! We were facing the ocean and the view was amazing. The only trouble we had was one of our more expensive clothing items flew off of our balcony and into the neighbors yard. We were unable to retrieve it because the property manager did not know how to contact the next door neighbor. While that was a bummer it is a really really small problem and we had such a tremendous week. The house was perfect for what we needed. We are a family of 6, our kids are 18-22 and so having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. Also, our adult sons appreciated not having to share a bed. One of my favorite things was interacting with the property managers. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property. I think I had read in one of the previous reviews that there was not hot water but that was not an issue for us, we had plenty of warm water. I would advise to not worry so much about things like shampoo, sunscreen, coffee or laundry soap unless you are very picky . Those things are easy to find in the store and there are small stores all over the island. Don't expect to find all the groceries you want but we enjoyed eggs, bagels, cream cheese, guacamole, milk and fresh mangos for breakfast. We ate out for lunch and dinner and the food was soooooooo good. We never tried the street food and I totally regret that. My girls would want you to know that the most beautiful boy on the island works at Magic Grill :).

Super Weekend!

The property was well kept and in perfect condition. I would put stickies in the shower because it's very slippery. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We had a blast. The property and staff were great!

Beautiful vacation

Our family from SC had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Don and Nazle the onsite property managers helped us with everything! The on-site security guard was wonderful also although we felt very safe where we were. The property is just far enough from the hustle and bustle. The dock was our favorite place and we swam and even snorkeled and saw some fish under the dock. Drinks and music on the porch every evening with a nice breeze. We enjoyed the pool too although there was construction noise. Our favorite around the corner, casual, sand floor restaurant was Belizian Flavor, the owner cooked our lobster and fish (that we caught) on the grill in front of us and her sides were wonderful! Amazing!

This property is absolutely beautiful! Definitely one of the nicest accommodations on the island. We were traveling with 3 couples so it worked out perfectly to have 3 bedrooms with kings beds & each room to have their own private bathroom. There are not enough words to express how nice & helpful Don & Nazie were to us during our stay. They helped us organizing everything we needed from groceries to excursions! Can't wait to come back!
