"The check in staff was pleasant for check in and checking out. The room was clean. I think my only complaint was my left bed in the room had springs or something popping up so it was not super comfortable. I had to switch beds with the other person there with me. Everything else was great. "

The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the beds were comfortable with multiple pillows, the bathrooms had lots of amenities, the location is great, and there are a lot of grassy areas for taking pets outside. The only downside was there is no carpet in the rooms. The floors are a type of LVP and with that, they could have been a touch cleaner (you notice that when you walk around in white socks!). The only other thing is that the pet fee...

"Front dest was friendly. Parking available around the hotel. No elevator two floor hotel. With stairs. They accommodate me for earlier check in for a small fee. Just wish it was on the ground floor due to traveling with two toodlers. Was difficult to drag suitcases up the stairs. It was okay over all. "
