Large studio with garden: a haven of freshness and greenery right in the center of town

A green garden for refreshing evenings in the center of Cavalaire. Equipped to receive 2 people and a child.
I often go on trips for a few days and I leave you my large studio of 40 m2 with a garden, an atypical and green place a stone's throw from the center, the port and the beaches.
As an arrival at a friend's house who decided at the last minute to leave for a few days and leave you the keys, this one will be available from August 3 to 17, in September 2025 and some. There are days in October to enjoy the sweetness of autumn (except school holidays).
You will find all the comfort of an air-conditioned apartment with wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large screen TV or a beautiful library, air conditioning, a cozy bedroom with a 160 cm bed behind a large wool felt curtain, a 130 futon armchair for a child, a large kitchen area if you are tempted to cook Provençal or famous artisan caterers less than 300m away, a vegetable patch with salads and aromatic herbs.
I don't have a parking lot but you can park easily and free of charge in the surrounding area. Cavalaire is a magnificent seaside resort known for its beaches, its unspoilt natural areas of the Massif des Maures and many cultural and sporting activities. 15 km from Saint Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne, you have a magnificent cycle path that goes from Cavalaire to the famous Jardin du Rayol. In August you can also enjoy free aquagym classes every morning, a great proposal from the town hall!
