"Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I had two issues they addressed immediately. The room was clean, quiet, air conditioned, spacious, and a really nice stay. I was in town for a stressful two day event and the hotel was what I looked forward to at the end of each day. Also amazing breakfast options."

"Moody, Angelica, and Mark were three staff members that were extremely helpful during our stay. They helped us navigate local food options and guaranteed we had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing and we were in walking distance to our concert and great coffee. "

"This place is a the best place i have stayed in a long time! The security for this building is amazing. I like the fact you use your key for the pool, laundry room. The breakfast was a very good selection as well. The room itself was a WIN! The atmosphere is very clean,calm and welcoming. The sfaff was all very nice, helpful and was happy to answer any questions. They do offer valet, for a fee but we parked in the garage across the street for only 4$ for the night. Definitely will be booking...

"We loved how easy it was to check-in and out. Also I loved that I could use my phone or a code to get into the building which made everything feel much safer! The staff were all so nice and welcoming as well!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-kept, and beautiful the entire property was. Every space felt safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "Spectacular stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Clean and cared for facility. The gal who checked us in (Claudia, I think it was) was so warm and personable. The fella behind the desk was warm and wonderful as we checked out (and I think he might have been maintenance). Room was clean and had every single thing we needed. The price point was a remarkable deal. Whenever we’re back in the area, we will stay again, for sure! Bravo, everyone! "

"Staff was amazing , assistant general manager “Chatey” was great also the night shift people were great “ Devin and Noah “ , they were all great help !!! Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay. Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by. I definitely recommend this nice hotel "
