All 1,375 square feet of luxury provides everything you are looking for. Located in the Desert Princess community you will have access to community pool, gym, tennis courts. Nestled between Palm Springs and Palm Desert you are close to best of both worlds. The fun of down town Palm Springs life and the great shopping on El Paseo Palm desert.
This long-term rental, available for stays of 31 nights or more, offers the ideal blend of style, sophistication, entertainment, and fun. Professionally managed by a leasing agency with 24-hour support, this home ensures a seamless and luxurious stay.

The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 monthly utility fee deposit is required when signing the agreement.

Step Inside to a large living room with more then enough sitting for you and guests, a 70inch smart TV to watch the games or your favorite move with snacks. Plan to host during your stay then you in the luck the kitchen Is open and has everything you need to make a feast or make a simple meal for two. That is equipped with a French door refrigerator , built in microwave, gas stove, oven and we could never forget the dishwasher.
While waiting on the food enjoy a cocktail at recently renovated bar area with fridge. Do you take your Martinis dry or dirty ?

Master Suite is located across from the hallway bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat with a King-sized bed and a Smart television for your entertainment. With a large ensuite with a full standing shower and jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 located next to the living room, features a queen size bed with a smart TV for your entertainment. A remote work area incase that pops up during your stay, there is also a walk in closet.

The Hallway bathroom is located next to the laundry room and features vanity sink and shower tub combo.

This property also features parking for 3, which includes 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and no street parking.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Thought there might be some unwanted noise due to being close to the airport but didnt hear much at all. The house was clean, comfortable, and the backyard is very inviting. Family of 4 with a 2 yr old and an 8 year old. We will seek this property out again when in town. Highly recommend!
