Desert Princess Villa offers a complete vacation experience under the warm desert sun. This villa offers a true indoor outdoor living experience in the desert. This villa features its own private pool and spa, large living area and nicely appointed bedrooms. Enjoy a long weekend or bring you computer and stay for a month. Take a morning walk on the walking paths or play an afternoon round of golf. Dinning, golf, tennis, spa and gym can all be done within the gates of Desert Princess.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons, Maximum Vehicles Allowed 3.

Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the
neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times.

Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM.

TOT rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID)

Guys golf trip

Excellent property. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Tv and remotes were very complicated!! Kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely consider staying at the property in the future.

WOW!

So many positives for our stay! The pool, the view, the house, all exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was easy and quick and communication was great! It is a beautiful house with everything you need from kitchen supplies to bathroom necessities. Directions for pool and spa use and wifi were clear and easy. No stress and tons of fun!

Great Home and Location

This home was the perfect setting for a family vacation. The home is great for family time, kitchen, dining area and living room all open to each other. The pool and hot tub were delightful, right off the back of the home, exactly as the photos look online. The best part, the view of the mountains and scenery is spectacular, a much added bonus we weren't expecting. Check in and out easy, everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay

This Villa is exactly as advertised in the pictures and we had a wonderful stay here! House was sparking clean and very spacious for our family of 4. The private pool is amazing, we had a lot of fun and it was also very relaxing! We especially loved the baja reef in the swimming pool and my boys(age 7 and 10) had endless fun in the pool and my husband and I very much enjoyed the hot tub. Everything seems brand new and the host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We are definitely coming back in the future. Thank you!
