"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. "Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...

"My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room. "
