The house can accommodate up to 8-10 people.
- Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen (fitted wall, oven, microwave, dishwasher), utility room (washing machine), fully equipped covered terrace (sofa, sun beds, deck chairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining)
- Lower Floor: 1 room, 1 bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen
- Roof Terrace: fully equipped roof terrace (sun beds, deck chairs)
- Air conditioning throughout the house

- Large garden with mini-pool, Mediterranean scrub, equipped with outdoor shower, BBQ, hammocks, deck chairs and sun loungers
- The villa is part of a property including a second non-adjacent villa (50 meters away) and not rented, currently under renovation (no in July / August), total privacy, exclusive rented property, access to the villa under renovation prohibited).

The villa is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. It is not suitable for guests planning to enjoy nightlife or clubbing. No parties. Thank you
