Home stands in a complex of townhouses. It has an entrance gate that
leads to the property and a large outdoor area of exclusive use.
The living area of Aulos Home is on the ground floor, consisting of living room with sofa and 1 single armchair bed
joined to the eat-in kitchen, from which you exit to the equipped
outdoor space, located at the back of the house, where you can have
lunch and dinner outside.


Internal stairs lead to the second floor where 2 bedrooms are located, one double and one twin with single beds.
From the second floor hallway, a lovely spiral staircase leads to the sea view terrace. On this second floor is 1 single bedroom, complete with shower room.
There are a total of 3 bathrooms, one on each floor.

located along Via G. Giusti, a parallel of the Colombo seafront.
The location allows you to walk to the sea, less than 200 meters away.
Santa
Maria di Leuca, the extreme tip of the Heel of Italy, is a tourist
destination with a unique charm, with its eclectic villas that
characterize the seafront, the lighthouse that towers over the cliff,
the sanctuary of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, and then again the sea
caves and the marina.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
-Mandatory extra heating fee euro 4 per day not included from November to April.
