"The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. The breakfast area manager was no where to be seen. When we’ve stayed here before, a very friendly lady was always in...

"Very clean place with character. Lots of games/activities. A practical downside -- the rooms have no closets. No room safe, if that's important to you. No irons. We were in town for a wedding, so it was a little inconvenient not to have a closet. There were pegs on the wall where you could hang a few items (no hangers though). Also, during our stay, there was no running water for several hours due to a plumbing issue. I had to go to the lobby (the only working bathroom on the premises) to finish...

"The main office was closed we had to go register at room 106. Of all the construction going on, my vehicle ended up with a flat tire. The mattress in my room seemed that it was old and very used up because the middle of it was sunk in. The website for this hotel had pictures that didn’t match the availability. There’s also a discrepancy in the amount charged by the hotel and Expedia."

"Not the cleanest we've stayed at, but tolerable. Fridge was semi-clean...TV remote didn't turn TV on or off & volume control was useless. It blasted or we couldn't hear it at all. No coffee pot, which I didn't read in the reservation. Hall smelled funky. Too much partying outside our window at night. Saving grace...A/C worked great. Staff at desk, friendly when we arrived...not a word as we left... Not worth $200+ a night."

"This hotel stay was great. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. There was a mini fridge, microwave and a little sink in the room. The breakfast area was clean and I love that they have a waffle station. Nice little gem for our short stay. "

"Awful smell as you walk in . I wish we could view room before signing agreement. My room had a used feminine product in bathroom trash can. Pubic hair in shower , blood on toilet seat. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Did NOT stay after inspection of room . Immediately checked out!"

"I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift."
