"The grounds of this property are great and the furniture in the common area is fantastic. Unfortunately, the great potential remains as potential because of some staff being unhelpful and the heating/cooling system needs major updating. We went there during a heat wave and inside the room was almost exactly the same as outside. The personnel had left a fan on knowing the AC did not work well. Impossible to sleep in those conditions. The elevators that worked were hard to find as people in reception did not tell us were they were. Not down the corridor as usual! There are other things that are great: parking, pool and the products in the bathroom. Hopefully, management of this property improves so it can realize its potential."

"El hotel no esta mal, pero desde luego no corresponde en absoluto a un 4 estrellas. Falta de mantenimiento de las habitaciones, y baños. La limpieza a fondo brilla por su ausencia! Rejilla de aire acondicionado llena de polvo, rincones del baño muy sucios….. la piscina esta bien, se puede bañarse en ella a partir de las 08h, pero son las 11h y el robot automático de limpieza aún esta puesto. Así que hay que compartir la piscina con el. En resumen, esta muy bien por el precio que se paga ( 2 adultos con 2 niños en temporada alta a 140€) pero no corresponde a un 4 estrellas en mantenimiento de instalaciones y limpieza. "
