The owners are very friendly and eager to make your stay enjoyable. They own and operate an ice cream shop and restaurant with typical German food options adjacent to the hotel. We took walks around the hotel and tool a ferry to a beer garden across the river. The hotel is also close to an amazing local ice-cream shop. The room is nice. Everything is great."

The lobby staff were not very friendly and did not seem very patient with international guests who, like me, were unfamiliar with the area and needed some guidance. "Amazing hotel. Clean, big rooms. Air conditioning (not every hotel has it lol). I’d give the location ten stars if I could. Minibar is included (2 beers, 2 cokes, a Fanta, some juice and 2 bottles of water inside, 2 additional bottles on the counter) , stocked coffee maker. Night was quiet and restful. Never heard another soul. Rooms are soundproof and hallways have thick (!) carpet. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Thank you !!!"
