"The outside of the hotel was nice but the inside was dirty. The staff was not friendly at check in. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as a rock. The breakfast area was unclean and the food was just okay. When we were at breakfast the maid had opened our room and did not close our door! We came back to an open room with all of our belongings just sitting out. The person down the hall saw this happen and informed us. One other room had no electricity all night. I was not...

"Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was great for dinner and a game of pool had had a playground outside that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was good. A lot of garbage around the outdoor property surrounding hotel, parking lot and outdoor eating/ playground area."

"The staff where really helpful. The rooms are clean. The meals where good the Bruce chicken was really nice. I was working early and rooms where quiet. But would occasionally hear someone walking by."

"Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience."

"Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website."
