"This is one of the best rooms we ever stayed in Europe. The room was clean, very spacious and great amenities. Our room even had a washer/dryer combo which they provided the pods to use. It is located in the heart of Old Town so everything is accessible by walking. Many restaurants, bars, and sites all around."

"This is certainly NOT a 5-star hotel. 1. Rooms are outdated & dirty. 2. A parrot lives in the dining room and freely roams where there are dishes and open food on the tables. 3. Smoking is allowed in the indoor bar causing the hotel to smell like cigarettes. 4. We were woken up every morning at 5:30am due to loading/unloading of the hotel’s laundry truck. 5. The hotel staff was unhelpful and the hotel layout was uncomfortable/strange. Do not recommend. Please stay elsewhere."

Le personnel a été accueillant, professionnel et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Le mélange entre le caractère historique du bâtiment et le confort moderne crée une expérience unique. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage à Riga."

"The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to all the nearby amenities, which made getting around very convenient. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow throughout my stay. The breakfast was very mediocre, with limited variety, particularly the lack of an assortment of cheeses. The juices were from cartons rather than fresh, and the coffee was of poor quality. "Very well located. It is possible to walk everywhere from here. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Yet it was atill nice and quiet on a night and we slept very well. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. And there was plenty of storage. It was very clean. Breakfast was good and the hotel was well maintained. Front desk were welcoming on arrival and helpful."
