"Easy check-in, nice clean and quiet room. Unfortunately, I accidentallydamaged what I thought was the bathroom flush, and contacted Nick straight away. He told me not to worry at all, and explained that he would sort the problem out when he arrived. Fantastic owner, I would imagine that certain other people would take advantage of this and try and request extra payment. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again."

"Although we were only there for one night, I fell in love immediately. Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Hotel was very quiet and cosy. The beds were really comfortable and we had an amazing stay! Would definitely be back! "

"Avril was a lovely host, very chatty and friendly and knew a lot about the area and it's history. "The accommodation is “Airb&b style”, so no service on site. However when I had a problem with access I got immediate attention on the phone. The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee. A wee bit shabby outside of the room but I gather they are still working on it. Cleaner/maid friendly. Value for money and I suspect but don’t know for sure that it will improve...
