"Very nice room-immaculately clean! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was surprisingly delicious and plentiful for the price. Don’t use exterior of the building to judge how nice everything is inside."

"Draps deja utilisés , "

"Propreté correcte, chambre mal insonorisée,on entend le bruit de l'eau qui coule quand quelqu'un prend une douche,la climatisation fait du"

"Beautiful hotel with a 3 min walk to downtown Haro. Staff were so lovely and helpful."

"Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness."

"Un sitio ideal para conocer la Rioja alta y desconectar. El personal muy atento. Todo perfecto."

"Very nice hotel in a very convenient location to restaurants and main attractions. Very helpful and cordial staff. Close to two places that offered breakfast options and more for coffee. Parking was great, just not close (200 m) but close enough for us. Also very quiet considering the location. There was a very loud musician in the square and we couldn’t hear him from inside the room. Small refrigerator came in handy for snacks. Great stay! "A lovely hotel - rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant serves a very nice dinner menu."

"Excelente location in the heart of Haro."

"Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!"

"Perfect place to get a taste of a small historic farming town and share simple special moments with the locals. The property and the staff are great."

"Nice room. City centre. Good value for money"

"Muy buen desayuno croissant riquísimo y budín casero, Luisa fue una anfitriona de lujo. "

"La habitación fue amplia, el baño cómodo y el personal muy atento."

"Que hotel tan encantador, nuestra habitación tenía jacuzzi y está muy bien ambientado en la época medieval, el personal atento y amable, explica todo con claridad y te ayuda, muy recomendable"
