"our stay at this property was perfect, John was a great host and went above and beyond to help us out, The property itself is unique and beautiful and ideally located to access Belfast City via train. We would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay and for a lovely breakfast in the morning :) "

"A wonderful location in the heart of the everything. Easy walks to great dining, Queens University, and a quick hop to downtown. "

"I loved the bedroom and dining room. The style of decor was excellent and bedroom nice and dark. Food was fabulous very tasty and filling. Good choice of foofd at breakfast. You could choose your own omelette filliing and they were lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problems were that the sink tended to block and phone didnt work. "

"We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! Highly recommend!"

"We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. "
