Villa Pineta is an elegant retreat set within a 20-hectare organic estate near Castelvetrano in southwestern Sicily. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with citrus and olive trees, the villa combines a modern layout with seamless integration into its natural surroundings. The spacious interiors feature large windows that flood the rooms with light and provide direct access to the garden. With its infinity pool, outdoor dining areas, and proximity to pristine beaches and historical landmarks, Villa Pineta offers an ideal base for exploring the cultural and natural treasures of Sicily.

Interior:
The villa is on one floor, with French windows overlooking the garden from all rooms. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance from the portico leading to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area; sliding door connecting to the living room with a glass wall overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed), each with ensuite bathroom with shower; twin bedroom (with joinable beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Washing machine located in the external boiler room.

Park:
The garden surrounding the villa features centuries-old olive trees, citrus trees, and cycads. A thick hedge separates the property from the farm, which guests can freely access to admire mango, avocado, citrus, and olive crops. Two porticoes, one off the kitchen and one in front of the living room, house a dining area with table and chairs and an outdoor seating area. Outdoor parking area with space for four cars.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The infinity pool, set on a wooden solarium, is located 10 m from the villa. Rectangular shape; dimensions 8 x 5 m with depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 m; six central Roman steps for access; light-coloured PVC lining; chlorine purification; internal lighting activated by a twilight system, synchronized with garden lighting. Pool terrace surrounded by lantanas and Mediterranean plants; equipped with sunbeds and tables, creating an intimate and relaxing space. Open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
