The Messnerhaus SUITE is the retreat in the village center of Seis. Right in the middle of the action and yet very private. The refuge is only a few minutes away from the Alpe di Siusi, the largest high alpine pasture in Europe. Here it lives completely independently, but with every comfort. Furnished with attention to detail, stylishly combined, so that a holiday apartment becomes a temporary home. Apartment with 140 sqm for up to 6 people. Three bright bedrooms with double beds and enough space for clothes and laundry 1 bathroom with rain shower, bidet, toilet and washing area. 1 spacious wellness bath with walk-in rain shower, large bathtub, comfortable washing area, separate toilet and bidet. Entrance area with cloakroom reading corner Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction cooker with Bora extractor, coffee machine, kettle, ver. High quality pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, napkins, tablecloth. Dining table for 6 people. Spacious sofa area with TV. Large private sun terrace with stylish garden furniture (dining table and deck chairs, parasol). 2 rooms with a view of Vertical Garden.

Excellent apartment in a great location

We were impressed by its comfort and beauty. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is convenient for exploring the Dolomite region. You’ll be happy you selected it. We would definitely choose this property again when visiting the Dolomites.

Very pleasant surprise!

The suite is a lot bigger than we'd expected, and is very high-tech with electronic control of lights and blinds. it's spotless and airy, in modern minimalist style. The beds are comfortable, the unit is very soundproof, plenty of water pressure for showers, and you can drink straight from the tab. The location Seiser Alm, is 15 mins by bus down from Castleruth, which is where most people stay. Frankly, i like the smaller Seiser Alm better, and it's within walking distance to the gondola and also the church up in the hill. There is a beautiful mountain view off the porch that we enjoy, and there is a fantastic breakfast place across the street and the grocery store is a five min walk. Very conveniently located. Hostess Stefanie is wonderful, and very helpful answering our questions before and during our stay via WhatsApp. Overall, highly recommend this VRBO and the Dolomites.

Luxuriöse Wohnung

Luxuriöse Wohnung mit tollem Blick von der Terrasse . Jeden Morgen und Abend eine Freude. Direkter Zugang von der Tiefgarage zum Appartement Sehr sauber, die freundlichen Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit. Äußerst empfehlenswert und eine außergewöhnliche Location mitten im Herzen von Seis. Wenn ich einen Minuspunkt suchen müsste, dann hätten uns ein paar Weingläser gefehlt ,aber ansonsten alles perfekt.

Spaceous and stylish apartment

Very nice apartment, well equipped - and great view of Schlern from the terrace. Visitors should observe that parking in the garage is tricky with a large car - we barely managed with our rental Volvo XC 90 SW.

Beautiful home in suisi

This was a very lovely ground floor apartment along main road in suisi. Home was beautiful / centrally located / owners lived upstairs. Easy access to alps de suisi via gondola that was within easy walking distance. Would recommend / rent again if we come back to the area

Splendido soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso alcune settimane a casa di Stefanie e di suo marito e ci siamo trovati benissimo, da ogni punto di vista. A partire dall’appartamento pulito, molto curato in ogni dettaglio, raffinato in molti dettagli; cercavamo una soluzione con uno spazio all’aperto e abbiamo trovato un terrazzo-giardino a piano terra che diventa un’estensione del soggiorno con possibilità di mangiare all’aperto o di godere il relax sulle sdraio. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Siusi, la funivia o gli autobus per l’Alpe e per Castelrotto. Il garage per l’Auto direttamente collegato all’appartamento è stata una grande comodità. Infine ma non ultime, la cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari, sempre attenti alle nostre esigenze ed a qualunque modo per rendere perfetto il soggiorno, Da consigliare e, per quanto riguarda noi, auspicare di poter ritornare.

Beautiful property and wonderful host

This property was absolutely gorgeous! You could tell that there was a lot of thought put into every detail when designing & decorating it. It was very clean and comfortable. Stefanie was a wonderful host who personally greeted us and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and nearby hiking. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back if there was ever a chance!

Dolomite Delight

A wonderful apartment with amazing views of the Dolomites from the back deck. Excellent location in the village within easy walking distance of everything that we needed: groceries, restaurants, cable car up the mountain, local bus (very handy), clothing retailers, etc.. The Messnerhaus is a unique and fascinating building. We had a great stay! I highly recommend it!

Alles super - nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns hier pudelwpohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, sehr gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da, nunmehr auch ein Dosenöffner :-) Die Lage im Ort ist ideal: 2 min zu Fuß bis zum Bäcker oder Spar-Markt, 2 min bis zum Bushbahnhof, an dem alle Busse zur gondel oder nach B ozen, Brixen etc. halten. Man kann sigar ca. 10 min zu Fuß bis zur Talstation der Umnlaufbahn laufen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
