Exclusive Chalet in Siusi in the Dolomites

Chalet Adriana in Siusi in a unique and very sunny location. It is to detail renovated with love Chalet. Enjoy the unforgettable and breathtaking views in the heart of the World Heritage of the Dolomites, the peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere at the foot of the Sciliar, the landscaped garden and the family environment.
This chalet is a spacious living room with direct access to the landscaped garden overlooking the Schlern, a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom with shower / WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with sunny balcony, a bathroom with shower / WC and a small storage room with washing machine. Seis is a small village in the municipality of Castelrotto, the home town of Kastel Spatzen. Especially interesting and convenient is the easy and quick access to the orbit of the Seiseralm, the largest mountain plateau in Europe amidst the nature park Schlern-Rosengarten and Sella Ronda Val Gardena. The orbit can, if desired, be reached on foot or by shuttle service in less than 10 minutes. Also conveniently and quickly reach the bus stops, from where you can take the public bus to Bolzano and Bressanone to a leisurely stroll. Seis also offers an 18 hole large golf course, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The variety of opportunities for hiking, sledding tours and skiing and cross country trips is limitless and unique, and everything can be done without a car.

Perfect house with a view!!

We had an amazing two week stay at Chalet Adriana. The views of the Schlern from the backyard garden were breathtaking. Judith and Leah were so helpful and very responsive. The house was so charming, and was equipped with everything we needed, as well as spotlessly clean. We highly recommend.

Excellent stay in the Dolomites !

Thanks a lot to Judith and her son for their welcome and their availability for any need. The house was very quiet, comfortable and well equipped, while the region is fantastic to visit. Though you cannot have a speed drive on these mountain roads, the house is well located for an easy access to many wonderful sites.

Sehr schönes Chalet in toller Lage

Wir haben uns mit den Freunden sehr wohl in dem Chalet gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die einmalige und ruhige Lage des Hauses etwas oberhalb von Seis mit einer schönen Terrasse und Garten. Man braucht nicht das Auto und kann zu Fuß zum Wandern starten. Ich kann das Chalet sehr empfehlen! Harald Q.

der komplette Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können: Empfang mit erklärenden Worten zum Haus, zur Umgebung inkl. Restaurantempfehlung durch Judith, die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses, die Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Tipp - den Völser Weiher besuchen und reinspringen, vielen Dank!

Traumhaft!

Das Haus ist in der Realität noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos, sehr ruhig gelegen, mit atemberaubender Aussicht und die Wanderwege beginnen direkt am Haus. Es stimmt einfach alles und ist besonders zu empfehlen für autofrei Reisende. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Vielen Dank!

Gemütliches Chalet in Seis

Wir waren im Skiurlaub auf der Seiser Alm und hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Chalet. Es ist nett eingerichtet und hat eine Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Chalet zeichnet sich zudem durch eine ruhige, aber auch zentrale Lage aus, die Skibushaltestelle ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell.

Beste Lage, ruhig und sauber - das Objekt ist die Basis für einen perfekten Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Lage, schöner Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf der Terrasse auf die nahen Berge. Kurze Wege zur Ortsmitte und zur Seilbahn auf die Seiser Alm. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und diskret. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Kleines Ferienhaus am Ortsrand-traumhaft ruhig zum Wohlfühlen

Schon der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr persönlich, entspannt, individeull aber vor allem auch informativ. Das Haus: eine kleine Idylle am Dorfrand, ruhig und komfortabel- es hat alles was man braucht, um ein paarTage die Berge zu genießen!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit tollem Ausblick

Mein Mann und ich haben eine super Woche in Seis in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und die bequeme große Couch hat abends für erholsame Stunden nach Wanderungen gesorgt. Für zwei Paare würde es sich sehr gut eignen durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei separate Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert und die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Chalet!

Das Chalet liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse mit Blick auf den Schlern und Santnerspitze. Das Chalet ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist komplett. W-Lan und Sat-TV funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein guter Ort um sich zu erholen!
