Villa Mariannin: Swimming pool with hot tub in a private garden

The villa, created by renovating an old warehouse, was restored while preserving the original features of its stone core and adding modern furniture and decor.
Last renovation: March–April 2022.
It is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees,
while the pergola, fig trees, and palm trees complete the Mediterranean garden.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve added a pool with a hot tub—a refreshing break amidst the many artistic and cultural attractions the area has to offer.
Next to the pool, you’ll also find a double waterfall shower with hot water.
The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests.
The ancient well—a natural spring that has remained intact over time and is still active—lends its charm to the surrounding garden.
Less than 2 km from the historic center and the sea, it is the ideal starting point for visiting the most renowned tourist destinations in western Sicily: Scopello, Zingaro Nature Reserve, Erice, Palermo, Segesta, Selinunte, Trapani, the Egadi Islands, Marsala, Mothia Island, and San Vito lo Capo.
The cool, air-conditioned rooms open onto a terrace where you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Gulf of Castellammare, while the mountain behind offers a sense of security like a warm embrace.
There are two bathrooms, one of which features a double shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito screens.
