Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower are located on the ground floor, to reach them there are a few steps to go down.

Upstairs there are the other two bedrooms with each a bathroom in the room. One of the two bedrooms does not have a door but is on the mezzanine and privacy is created thanks to a blackout curtain.



The Villa is located a few minutes from the fantastic bay of 'Cala Bianca' in Scopello which can be easily reached on foot from the villa and where there is a path that leads directly to the various coves.

The Villa is surrounded by a garden and there are large outdoor spaces on the 4 sides of the house.
