An amazing little hotel. Has everything you would ever need inside. The hot tube/pool area was really nice. The owner was friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Best thing in Casper.

Very decent hotel for Casper, WY. They were still doing construction on the outside when we arrived. The room was clean and the hotel associates were professional.

Room was everything we needed. Bed was comfy, ac worked great, and everything was clean. They didn't have any breakfast available, but I think that was mostly due to the whole covid situation.

Property and rooms look nothing like the photos. Carpet stains, distinct gas-like odors throughout, and significant transient population on property grounds made the stay feel unsafe.

There were no glasses or cups in the room so I could not get ice for ice water or make coffee in the morning. Very disappointing. The bed was comfortable and there was a good. Chair in the room for relaxing and reading

There wasn't anything I like about the place and my room had bed bugs in my first room and ants in my second the rooms were also not properly clean and just overall nasty

Initially it looked good by the pictures and the reception area. However, there was a long wait to check in and the staff were extremely rude about it. The rest of the hotel was deteriorated from its original state. The sheets were clean but not much else. The room smelled like smoke. The insulation was poor so we could hear people talking all night in neighboring rooms and in the pool area.

The pool was closed but advertised as open at booking. There was no breakfast but advertised breakfast would be served. TV remote didn't work. Front desk had to help is with the TV. I asked fir a price adjustment on our bill but didn't receive one.

The hallway outside our room had the carpet removed and we had to walk on glue. There was dirt from the removal all over the hallway. No one was working on it. Another room we were given to check into was not cleaned. There was a highlight intoxicated man in the lobby accosting guests in the lobby and parking lot. We asked for a refund and moved to another hotel. The front desk was very apologetic and refunded our money.

When we walked in the person at the front desk could not find our reservation. The windows were all closed with blinds and the street sign for the hotel was blocked off completely. Once we got into room the bed was not made, there was bedding and clothes all over the ground and the room was honestly disgusting. Two very creepy men made inappropriate comments to my mom and I when we walked in (they were employees). We were so creeped out and disgusted that we went across the street and stayed elsewhere. Extremely disappointed that the photos online were clearly fake and the service was terrible. Would recommend staying ANYWHERE else.

There was mold growing in the cracks of the bathroom. 2 light fixtures in bathroom, but one didn't work and there was no fan. Ceiling tiles coming up and wallpaper and paint peeling in the bathroom. The main door didn't feel like it shut all the way. For $50/night it did the job but probably would have paid more to stay elsewhere had the pictures not been so misleading. Also took over an hour to check in because I was given a storage room, went to go change rooms but had to be helped last because mine was going to take longer.

I tried to look on the bright side at first, but this hotel was disappointing every way we looked! Outside looked rundown and as if was closed. Lobby was nice and welcoming. Front desk personable. Pool and open area was disgusting! Carpet hadn't been vacuumed in possibly weeks. Garbage, food particles, dirt...ALL OVER! Tables had syrup and mess from breakfast into evening. Appeared nobody performed walk-throughs of this area to pick up trash, or sweep or mop common areas near pool. Same garbage and food on floor was noted the next day. 1 room had leaky toilet on floor. Family friends were moved to the only room left. They got a rollaway due to lack of beds. Opened the rollaway to find mouse dropping all over in it!! Our suite had no smoke detectors. It looked as if they were ripped off the walls and just wiring was left. No air conditioning vents in the bedroom of the suite- just a wall mounted box heater. Pillow with a big chunk of hard crusted gum in it -front desk said nothing, just handed me new pillow. Witnessed a child vomit on the edge of the pool, and spit the remaining into the pool. Child's parent did nothing but place a towel over the vomit. I told the front desk and we sat in the open area near pool another 1.5 hours and NEVER witnessed maintenance or employee come to close pool, clean or chemical pool! Gross, unkept hotel and either understaffed or nobody cares! Paid $159 during state basketball. DON'T RISK IT! Used to be called Ramada Plaza for reference.

Terrible. Seems like they stopped caring about taking care of this place years ago. The attendant at the front was having issues with the computer and asking management for help, but they failed to give him any solutions and he had to figure it out himself. Very nice at the front but not well equipped. In the room the AC barely worked, we looked down at the filter and it was CAKED in dust and looked like it was never cleaned. The tv did not work when we got in there. I was able to wiggle the cord in the back into a decent spot to get some service. There WIFI had been down for a while and not offered. The sink faucet hardly worked. The phone in the room didn’t work. The parking lot was filled with potholes and very sketchy area.

Stay away!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

The Econolodge in Casper, Wyoming is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was so bad, I documented it in a YouTube video: https://youtu.be/YuSXe_n7_2Y My wife booked a night there after our visit to Yellowstone. When we arrived, there were few cars in the parking lot, but several shady looking smokers hanging around outside the small casino attached to the hotel. That was the first red flag. The sign at the front counter saying no refunds after more than a half hour from check-in was the second. The hotel advertises a pool, but the pool was empty. Third red flag. Then our key cards stopped working. Red flag number four. After checking in, we went out for dinner. When we got back, we noticed that our AC wasn’t working. The kid at the front desk offered us a different room, but he had to check it first, because they’ve had problems with people checking into dirty rooms. The new room had a working AC, but there were no batteries for the TV remote. The kid at the front desk gave me some batteries, but it didn’t matter — the TV didn’t work. I went to complain, and the sketchy maintenance guy told me none of the TVs in the entire hotel worked. Some other problems: the back door seemed to have been completely torn from its hinges. One large window out back was covered in plywood. Another was patched with cardboard and duck tape. The washing machine and ice machines were broken. Meanwhile,a couple of employees were getting drunk at the hotel bar.

Bad place to stay

There was food behind the tv and in the air conditioner. the sink was plugger up. the air conditioner was loud the tv did not work i called the front desk to tell them and they said sorry there is nothing they can do. the glass in the doors are broken and trying to sleep at night someone's dog just kept barking. i would not recommend this place at all. pictures on the internet is misleading.

We left the property within 15 minutes of check in. It was so vile, filthy, had dead bugs and we observed what appeared to be rodent droppings in the hall. The room we were assigned was dirty. The rug was stained. It had not been vacuumed. The air conditioning was set at 60, but was spewing hot air. We were told we would be refunded. It had better happen.

I arrived around 6pm to check in for a 4 night stay. Process was fast and clerk was very friendly. I was told my room number but when I walked in I found the room uncleaned from previous visitors. I walked back to the front desk explained what the room look like and the clerk apologized. Said she thought it had been done but would put me in a new room. The clerk walked me to the new room to to make sure everything is okay. That little trip to going into the new room the clerk and I realized that the air conditioning was broke. Do you want to stop so she placed me in a room across the hall. Everything was great the first night left for work the second day came back to the hotel to find my key to not work. Went to the front desk and the clerk stated she had rented my room out and my name was registered to another room. I told her what had happened the night before and she said that my room number wasn't changed in the system. I walked with the clerk to my room to find the new tenant sitting outside the door stating she could not get in. The cleaning maid had never even came to my room.. the rest of my stay went about the same had to check in every single day and even though the hotel is as big as it is they seem to put new tenants right next door to me that we're not quiet and respectful... The pool was also down, hotel out of date, I won't stay at this hotel again I was hoping with the name changed that things would have changed but obviously that did not happen.
