Casino Virgin River

We upgraded to a package that included “dinner for 2” only to find out too late that the “dinner” was at the pool bar which closed at 5:30. The pool closed at 7, so we had very little time to even use it after seeing an afternoon show. We also had a free bottle of wine, but no one knew how we could claim it. Our 25 beverage credit went unused as well. We wanted coffee and no one could tell us which venue to use for that benefit. Staff was nice but pretty clueless except for the bell staff and valet

Hot. Air conditioning doesn’t keep up. Old school thermostat so you have no idea how hot the room is. Maintenance came and pretended to brush the coil. It did nothing.
