"We never once had anyone check to see if we needed towels or clean our room in the 3 nights we stayed. So we had 2 towels the entire trip. There were only 2 lounge chairs by pool and both were broke. There were only 5 lb and 40/45 pound weights in workout room yet pictures showed a weight room full ..."

"The first level of the home is updated and nice, although lights are out or not working in the living room.The bedrooms are lacking in furniture. Nothing but the beds, no dresser or area to put anything except the closet to hang clothes. Upstairs needs to be refreshed for sure. No chairs in the rooms ..."
