My family and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday. We really enjoyed ourselves. The large TV in the living room was great for game night. We liked that it was away from the city as we have 2 vocal dogs but still just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Louis. The fence was nice and tall. One of the latches did not work but the fence still stayed closed so we didn’t have to worry too much letting the dogs enjoy the backyard. Nick was super responsive anytime we needed anything and everything was clean.

The coffee machines weren’t plugged in, there weren’t plugs behind the coffee bar to plug them into. Therefore had to move them into the kitchen to make coffee, there was no air conditioning up stairs, only window units.The second bedroom that had the “queen sofabed” was a couch that slept one person. So one person had to sleep on the couch in the living room. I recommend updating your instructions for checkout and check in as there was barely any dishwasher detergent not pods as instructed. And since the coffee makers weren’t able to be plugged in. The towels weren’t the cleanest looking had several stains on the ones that were given to us to use and the sheets in the second room with the couch looked dirty. The lady directly across the street would come to her door every time we came back to the house and would watch us, made us very uncomfortable.

The house was amazing, fully equipped with anything you would possibly need. Easy, smooth check in and out. Everything worked perfectly fine, and the host is amazing and very responsive. Spacious property amazing place to book!!
