New and comfortable apartment with a splendid view of the Royal Palace of Caserta

The apartment, recently renovated, is practically new; it is about 100 square meters large and is located on the third floor of a quiet building. It is very bright and carefully decorated. It comprises entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The living room is large and welcoming with a large corner sofa, a wall equipped with a TV and DVD player. The round table allows you to have lunch or dinner with elegance and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all appliances; in addition to the fridge and oven, there is also a dishwasher. From the window you can enjoy the view of the Royal Palace of Caserta (see photo). There are two bedrooms: one has a double bed with a very large two-door wardrobe; the other has two single beds and a large wardrobe; both the window and the balcony of this room overlook the Royal Palace (see photo). The beautiful and modern bathroom is equipped with washing machine and shower. Fine finishes. Wi-fi with fiber (high speed wireless internet) is free. The apartment has a view of the Royal Palace of Caserta from the windows. It's a short walk to the palace. The area is safe and the building is secure. The owner is available for questions. He was very nice about sending messages a few times during the week to check if things were going well. If you're staying in Caserta, I highly recommend this apartment. Grazie mille, Antonio!

This apartment is perfect!!! It’s exactly as described. The wifi worked great, it’s immaculate, the air conditioning units worked great, so close to Caserta castle, train station and town. The washing machine was an incredible bonus! I would most certainly stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in this area!!

Very nice apartment. Very clean and had lots of amenities. The host was very nice and helpful. The only drawback were the many stairs up to the place and parking was difficult on the street.

The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. It was very clean and well serviced, with some supplies to get us going. It was within walking distance of the Reggia di Caserta, but was also convenient for touring the region. We had a hire car, which we were able to park in the street on most occasions. There is no private parking. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others and would book it again. Thank you Antonio for your generosity.

Very beautiful apartment. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything we needed. Amazing view of the Castle. Great location, close to strada, restaurants, groceries. Great tip on Pizza at IM Restaurant......Awesome, delicious, amazing pizza. 15 minutes to Naples, 30 minutes to Pompei, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to Amalfi coast......so beautiful. We had phone problems while traveling to Caserta: Antonio waited at the apartment for us and spent time going over local sites and directions. Thank you for everything and for letting us stay at your beautiful castle. Lisa and Dino Appartamento molto bello. Molto pulito, confortevole e spazioso. Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Splendida vista sul castello. Ottima posizione, vicino a strada, ristoranti, generi alimentari. Ottimo consiglio su Pizza al ristorante IM ...... Pizza eccezionale, deliziosa, incredibile. 15 minuti per Napoli, 30 minuti per Pompei, e 1 ora e 30 minuti per la costiera amalfitana ...... così bella. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il telefono durante il viaggio a Caserta: Antonio ha aspettato l'appartamento per noi e abbiamo trascorso tempo a visitare i siti e le indicazioni locali. Grazie per tutto e per averci permesso di rimanere nel tuo bellissimo castello. Lisa e Dino

Vi bodde i 4 nätter och vi trivdes fantastiskt bra. Lägenheten var fräsch och det fanns allt som man kunde behöva för sin vistelse. Läget var jättebra med gångavstånd till centrum med caféer, barer, restauranger, och shopping. Det var även gångavstånd till centralstationen. Hyresvärdarna Antonio och Antonella var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer definitivs att hyra igen om vi ska besöka Caserta igen.
