"The fireplace in the room never worked, even after requesting maintenance multiple times."

"Beautiful room with many amenities and very good free breakfast in morning. Staff was awesome and great location. Everything walking distance from lodge. Overall experience was great! Will return in summer weather for outdoor pool! My daughter and I had a blast."

"Loved staying here. The place is beautiful and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, floor was clean, linens were clean. We will probably just bypass Gatlinburg altogether next time and just stay here :)"

"Highly recommend"

"Excelente, si quieres estar a distancia caminando este Hotel es el lugar"

"This was our first time at a property like this. This really gave you a semblance of camping - our tent was in the middle of a meadow but there were others towards the edge near the trees if that was your choice. It was family friendly. The food was much better than we expected. There was live music (we could have done without) but it kept all the young ones entertained. The desk staff was very welcoming and were always available. There was no cell service and no internet. But the facility has...

"Sweet little clean hotel. It has all the amenities you need. However, something that was very misleading is the fact that they advertise breakfast, when they really do not provide much. They barely had any breakfast available, first come first serve. Just some dry cereal and pre-packaged muffins, not even bagels or bread were available. Besides that good hotel over all."

"It was clean. Great location."

"The property was clean and taken care of"

"The staff was wonderful. The tv is Roku and a bit challenging to get going. Anyone not familiar or tech challenged would have issues. The internet kept dropping. The location is great although finding the office was another challenge. Loved the little patio. Walked around in the room in bare feet, had to wash my feet afterwards as they were black. Liked that there isn’t any carpeting."

"Sitting on the balcony to listening to and watch the river was very pleasant. The street noise was unavoidable and the garage parking situation was also unavoidable but was available."

"We really liked location, just a short walk from the parkway, nice balcony overlooking creek. We saw two bears there.Breakfast was ok,just a basic hotel breakfast.Only bad thing was the pillows.Bed was comfortable, bud pillows were horrible.Bring your own if you’re staying here."

"It’s good place to visit downtown Gatlinburg."

"Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again."

"Had an excellent view of the city from the 15th floor. Very convenient to be able to catch a trolley at the door. Hotel dining was really good."
